Refund Policy

At Instcha, we strive to ensure a high-quality experience with every order. If you are not satisfied, we offer a clear and fair refund process under the conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Items purchased under final sale / promotional clearance may not be eligible

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos as proof
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund after verification

3. Refund Process

  • Once your request is approved, refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit

4. Return Shipping

  • For damaged or incorrect items, return shipping will be covered by Instcha
  • For other eligible returns, shipping costs may be borne by the customer

5. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Opened or used products
  • Requests made after the return window
  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch for a full refund
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but may qualify for return as per policy
